Eric Latimer
Managing Director, Commercial Lending
Eric is a 22-year veteran of Commercial and Industrial Lending with extensive experience in portfolio management, business development and credit underwriting. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Georgia and is a winner of the Cobb Chamber Lifetime Achievement Award. Eric actively participates in various organizations including the Brookhaven Rotary, the Honorary Commanders Association, the Atlanta Economics Club, and the Cobb Chamber of Commerce.
Rick Ellis
Director, Commercial Lending
Rick has more than 40 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry, mainly in the management of large loan portfolios for various commercial banks. His broad background in Commercial Lending, Commercial Real Estate Lending and Construction Lending allows him to take a consultative role with his business members for a wide variety of loan needs. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Quinnipiac University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of South Florida.
Ben Walker
Senior Commercial Lender
Ben has more than 25 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry, including the management of complex real estate and commercial loan transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Auburn University and is a graduate of the University of Georgia Banking School. Walker is active in Cobb County civic and professional organizations, including the Marietta Kiwanis Club, the Cobb Chamber and Leadership Cobb.
Peter Mitchell
Senior Commercial Lender
Peter has 30-plus years of debt and equity commercial real estate experience. A versatile commercial real estate professional he has worked on over $3.0 billion of transactions. Peter has held various roles including acquisitions, asset management, underwriting, dispositions, and financing. Peter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University. He also holds the CCIM designation and is a member of the CCIM Institute and Georgia CCIM.
Brad Swinney
Commercial Lender
Brad has almost 10 years of dedicated banking experience with Delta Community Credit Union, including seven years focusing on commercial banking and lending. As part of his ongoing commitment to professional development, he holds a certificate in Commercial Banking & Commercial Real Estate Lending from the national Risk Management Association (RMA) and a certificate in Business & Commercial Lending from the American Bankers Association® (ABA). He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Richards College of Business at University of West Georgia. Besides the industry groups RMA and ABA, Brad is actively involved with civic organizations such as the Fayette Chamber of Commerce.
