HBCU Application Period Now Open
This year, Delta Community will award $25,000 in scholarships to students attending historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Our second HBCU Scholarship entry period is now open and will run through October 31! If you know an exceptional student attending an HBCU or a graduating high school senior who has received an official acceptance letter to one, tell us why they deserve to receive a $5,000 scholarship. You may also nominate yourself. Delta Community will select two winners from among the most compelling submissions to each receive a $5,000 award. Back-to-School Offers
Ready to get a jump on back-to-school savings? Take advantage of our Back-to-School Giveaway1 where kids and teens ages 18 and under can be entered for a chance to win $250 when they open a new Delta Community Savings Account! Account must be opened by September 30, 2024.
Does your child already have a Delta Community Youth Savings Account? The Love to Learn Contest encourages Sandy Savers and Cool Cash Kids to submit a creative entry showcasing what they're excited to learn this school year. Ten winners will receive a $100 deposit to their Youth Savings Account. Submissions will be accepted through August 31, 2024.
2025 Philanthropic Fund Open
The application period for the 2025 Philanthropic Fund grant awards is still open! This annual grant-making program provides financial support to registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations in the 16-county metro Atlanta region we serve as well as our three branch communities outside of Georgia. Throughout 2025, the program will distribute a total of $150,000 to 20 non-profit organizations committed to the health and well-being of young people, financial literacy and educational programs focused on science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEM/STEAM).
Interested organizations can review the 2025 Philanthropic Fund grant guidelines and submit an application on our website by August 30, 2024.

Activate Your Platinum Bonus Awards
Each quarter, we offer an opportunity for members who have our Visa® Platinum Rewards Credit Card to earn Bonus Reward Points for purchases in select categories from restaurants to retail.
If you’re a Platinum Rewards Credit Card holder, be sure to enroll each quarter to earn 2x or 3x the Reward Points on the purchases you make every day. 3. The minimum Balance Transfer amount is $500. This offer is valid for balance transfers on new credit card accounts within 90 days following account opening. Balance Transfers from loans or credit cards held at Delta Community do not qualify for this Cash Rebate. You will not qualify for this offer if you are in default of your Delta Community Visa Consumer Credit Card Agreement. The Cash Rebate will be calculated as 1.5% of the balance(s) transferred and will be credited to your Primary Savings Account after the balance(s) transferred has revolved for two consecutive billing cycles.
