Get Payable Benefits for a Covered Accident or Sickness

$200.00 a day per covered hospitalizatipn due to sickness (even pre-existing condition) - $1,400.00 a week - $73,000.00 max per 365 days
$400.00 a day per covered hospitalizatipn due to injury - $2,800.00 a week - $146,000.00 max per 365 days
